Strength You Didn’t Know You Had

Life has a way of testing us in unexpected ways. One moment, things are going smoothly—and the next, everything feels like it’s slipping through your fingers. But here's a quiet truth you may not always give yourself credit for:

You’re still standing.

Even if it’s not how you envisioned… even if you're not thriving just yet… you're still here. That’s not nothing. That’s strength. That’s being sustained.

Being sustained isn’t about having it all together. It’s about holding on—even when you're unsure how. It's showing up to life with what you do have, even when you’ve lost some things along the way. It's about trusting that enough is truly enough for today.

If you’ve ever said:

  • “I don’t know how I’m making it, but somehow I am.”

  • “I feel like I’m just holding on.”

  • “This isn’t what I planned, but I’m still here…”

Then you’ve experienced what it means to be sustained.

Maybe the doors didn’t open. Maybe something you poured yourself into didn’t last. Or maybe, you’re just tired from carrying so much. But pause for a second—and breathe.

You’re still in the game. You’re still moving. You’re still sustained.

God hasn’t forgotten you. This season might not be flashy or exciting, but it’s meaningful. It’s preparing you. And one day, this moment of endurance will be the foundation for everything that comes next.
